NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is highly regarded: they avoid pointless meetings, focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked there often stay for 4+ years, reflecting a positive work environment.

Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about the Ruby on Rails stack, with 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
