NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This is a dynamic client with a straightforward work culture—no pointless meetings, a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and ambitious growth plans. The Role:

1. Greenfield development
2. Identify and communicate root causes of problems, establishing better solutions
3. Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
4. Use PostgreSQL database and support mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

1. Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
