NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. They are known for their pragmatic approach—avoiding pointless meetings and focusing on fixing issues effectively. They have ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation among candidates, with many developers staying long-term.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and collaborate with mobile app development

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours with a ±2-hour flexibility
