NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked with them often speak highly of their experience; two developers placed there have stayed for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate the root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours, with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
