NEW ROLE – FULL STACK RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence.

This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture and growth ambitions. They have a track record of long-term employee retention, with developers staying over 4 years.

The Role:

• Identify and communicate root causes of issues to establish improved solutions.
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails application, including PostgreSQL database and mobile apps.

You?:

• Passionate about the RoR stack, with ideally 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Proficient in React.js for front-end development; knowledge of Hotwire (Stimulus and Turbo) is a bonus.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Able to work during French hours, with a tolerance of +/- 2 hours.

Interview Process:

• Initial meeting with Engineering Manager/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background.
• Technical coding challenge.
• Feedback session on the technical challenge and meeting wider team members.
