Job Description:

NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. This client is known for their efficient work culture—minimal pointless meetings and a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks. They have ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation among candidates, with previous placements lasting over 4 years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Requirements:

• Passion for the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
