NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a significant stake in their market.

This is a great client - they avoid unnecessary meetings, focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans! I work with many clients, but this one always leaves a positive impression on all candidates, including successful ones who stay long-term. I've placed 2 developers there, both of whom have stayed over 4 years and are still employed.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate the root cause of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

You?:

• A lover of the RoR stack – ideally with 4+ years Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills – written and verbal – must be proficient
• Ability to work French hours +/- 2 hours

• Technical coding challenge
• Review feedback and meet wider team members
