NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture—no pointless meetings, a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked here often speak highly of their experience; I have placed two developers there who have stayed over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack, with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Review feedback and meet wider team members
