NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. They are known for their efficient work culture—minimizing pointless meetings and focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks. The company has strong growth plans and a positive reputation among candidates. I have successfully placed two developers there, both of whom have stayed over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

You?:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with ideally 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) to work effectively in this language
• Able to work French hours with a ±2-hour flexibility
