NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. They are a client known for their efficient work culture, focusing on solving problems rather than covering cracks. They have ambitious growth plans and a great reputation among candidates. I have placed two developers there, both of whom have stayed over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Utilize PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, proficient for work communication
• Able to work French hours with a ±2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:
