NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. This client is known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked there often stay long-term, with some placements lasting over 4 years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

1. Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
2. Complete a technical coding challenge
3. Review feedback and meet wider team members
