NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a significant stake in their market. This is a great client— they avoid pointless meetings, focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans. Candidates have consistently left positive impressions, and past placements have stayed with the company for over 4 years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Utilize PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work in French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Receive feedback and meet wider team members
