NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence.

This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering them up, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked there often stay long-term, with many employees remaining for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish improved solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Utilize PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
