NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. They are known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans. This company has a strong reputation among candidates, with many developers staying for over four years.

The Role:

  1. Greenfield development
  2. Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
  3. Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
  4. Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Passion for the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
  2. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  3. Ability to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:
