NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for a no-nonsense approach, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and has ambitious growth plans. Candidates often have a positive experience with this company, with some developers staying for over 4 years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
