NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence.

This client is highly regarded for their efficient meetings and a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks. They are planning serious growth!

They have a great reputation among candidates, with many staying over 4 years. I have placed two developers there who are still with the company.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Candidate Profile:

• Passion for the RoR stack, ideally with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and experience
• Technical coding challenge
• Feedback discussion and meeting with wider team

Benefits:
