NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. They are known for their efficient work culture, avoiding pointless meetings, and focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks. They have ambitious growth plans and a positive reputation among candidates, with previous placements lasting over 4 years.

Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Requirements:

• Passion for the RoR stack, with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)
