NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked here often stay for over 4 years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Requirements:

• Passion for the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your experience
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Discuss feedback and meet wider team members
