NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a significant market share. This client is known for its efficient work culture—no pointless meetings and a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks. They are planning significant growth and have a strong reputation among candidates, with many developers staying for over four years.

The Role:

1. Greenfield development
2. Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
3. Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
4. Manage PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

1. Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
2. Strong English skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively in the language
3. Able to work French hours, with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
