Business Developer Internship (6 months) - Paris

Within AllianzGI, Allianz Networks collaborates and coordinates various projects, requests, and commercial opportunities emanating from or requiring the mobilization of the various AllianzGI teams (management, support, operations, etc.) and aims to sell unit links to Allianz France end customers. As an intern within the team, your main mission will be to support business developers in discussions with their clients as well as in project management, particularly on ESG issues.

This role is based in Paris.

What you will do

• Day-to-day coverage of “internal” client functions ensuring selection, allocation and monitoring of investment strategies
• Assist in handling day-to-day client requests, in cooperation with team colleagues and other AllianzGI teams (management, support functions, reporting)
• Understanding of client needs for best positioning and co-design of Asset Management solutions

What you bring

• Currently studying Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering
• Prior financial sector experience (Asset Management, audit / consulting, or Insurance) preferred
• 1 st experience in the financial sector (Asset Management, audit / consulting firm or Insurance) will be appreciated.
• General knowledge of Asset Management activities - capital markets and financial products as well as Life Insurance and Savings Industry practices.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; Project Management experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and French; proficient in digital tools
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and handle pressure
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and quick learner
• Reliable, analytical, and eager to contribute to team growth
