Job summary

Wezen, a tech startup within the 87seconds Group, is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform.

You will work across the stack from design to production operations, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver features with high quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software in professional or significant personal projects.
• Strong knowledge of Java and modern web development.
• Proven ability to work across frontend and backend.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Business-level English for international collaboration.
• Good communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity, learning mindset, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve Wezen's SaaS platform in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and write clean, maintainable code.
• Develop backend services with Java/Spring and frontend with Angular.
• Operate deployments, monitor performance, and participate in DevOps culture.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and share knowledge within Engineering Guilds.
