Wezen, a tech startup within the 87seconds Group, is hiring a Junior Product Owner to design, refine, and scale our SaaS platform. You’ll write user stories, manage the backlog, and contribute to roadmap decisions to deliver high-value features for users.

Supported by the Product Lead, you’ll conduct user research, track KPIs, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and sales. This is a CDI role in Levallois-Perret with hybrid work (up to 2 days remote).

Competenze

• Education: Engineering School or Master’s in Product/Digital Management.
• First experience as a PO, Associate PM, or Functional Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment is expected.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with an interest in UX and data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English to work in an international environment (Paris & Manila).
• Ability to bridge business, design and development profiles.

Mansioni

• Functional Documentation: write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for engineers.
• Backlog Qualification: prioritize, refine, and maintain the backlog daily.
• Roadmap Participation: help build and maintain the product roadmap.
• Testing and UAT: assess feature quality and run UAT sessions.
• User Research: interview users, gather feedback, translate pain points into features.
• Performance Tracking: set up KPIs to analyze adoption and impact.
• Market Benchmark: analyze trends and competitors to feed innovation.
• Product Advocacy: communicate product strategy to users and internal teams.
