Alan is building the AI-native engineering foundation to power prevention and care at scale. We seek engineers with 3+ years in full-stack roles to help scale Hopper, our agent platform, and to deliver delightful UIs and robust APIs. You will own features end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Experience building internal platforms, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows.
• Experience with LLM APIs or agent orchestration frameworks is a strong plus.
• You care about creating delightful experiences, whether building UIs or APIs.

Responsabilités

• Build infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to support members and health professionals.
• Collaborate with product teams to move fast with ownership.
• Develop AI-native tooling and scalable components.
