Alan is hiring software engineers to build an AI-native internal platform used every day by the team. You will design and ship intelligent agents to automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and decision support, with deep integration to internal tools and IAM/PAM across 25+ systems.

Qualifications

• Software engineer with backend or full‑stack experience.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems inside a product.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Build the AI-powered internal platform used by Alan employees daily.
• Design and ship intelligent agents to automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, and decision support.
• Push LLMs into production with structured outputs and deep integration with internal tools.
• Define primitives/abstractions for AI-native work across teams and countries.
• Replace generic tools with Alan-native software to reinforce culture.
• Scale Identity & Access Management and lifecycle across 25+ systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to reflect Alan's principles in software.
