Hexaly Full Stack Engineer Position

Hexaly is a fast-growing software company specializing in Mathematical Optimization, also known as Operations Research or Decision Science. Our team develops Hexaly Optimizer, the fastest solver for Routing, Scheduling, Packing, and more, as well as Hexaly Studio, an innovative low-code platform for building optimization applications in days. Additionally, Hexaly provides turnkey optimization applications through its professional services.

With solid growth and profitability (+32% in 2022, +23% in 2023, +24% in 2024), our company counts among its clients some of the most prominent companies worldwide, including Amazon, FedEx, Starbucks, Airbus, Bosch, Sony, Renault, Kirin, TotalEnergies, Repsol, Publicis, JCDecaux, Softbank, and many others.

We currently have 5 Full Stack Engineer positions open. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing new features and fixing bugs in Hexaly Studio and Hexaly Cloud (both frontend and backend).
2. Participating in Hexaly professional services, such as developing turnkey applications for clients.

This role is suited for junior professionals interested in exploring different facets of software development within a young, fast-growing B2B software company.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Software Engineering (university or engineering school).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

In the initial weeks, we will provide intensive coaching to enhance your knowledge of Hexaly's products and software development best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual gross salary ranges from €42,000 to €58,000, depending on profile and experience, plus various benefits such as RTT, excellent healthcare insurance, lunch, public transportation, coffee and tea, etc.

Interview Process:

• Remote interview with Romain, founder & CTO (30 minutes).
• On-site assessment with Alexandre, Senior Software Engineer, and another member of the Hexaly R&D team (1 hour).
