Hexaly - Full Stack Engineer Position

Hexaly is a fast-growing software company specializing in Mathematical Optimization, also known as Operations Research or Decision Science. We develop Hexaly Optimizer, the fastest solver for Routing, Scheduling, Packing, and more, and Hexaly Studio, an innovative low-code platform for building optimization applications in days. Additionally, Hexaly offers turnkey optimization solutions through its professional services.

Open Positions

1. Develop new features and fix bugs in Hexaly Studio and Hexaly Cloud (frontend and backend).
2. Participate in Hexaly professional services, such as developing turnkey applications for clients.

Ideal Candidate

• Junior software developers interested in exploring different facets of software development in a young, fast-growing B2B software company.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering from a university or engineering school.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Training & Compensation

We will provide intensive coaching in the first weeks to enhance your knowledge of Hexaly's products and software development best practices.

Annual gross salary ranges from €42,000 to €58,000, depending on profile and experience, plus various benefits such as RTT, excellent healthcare insurance, lunch, public transportation, coffee and tea, etc.

Interview Process

1. Remote interview with Romain, founder & CTO (30 minutes).
2. On-site assessment with Alexandre, Senior Software Engineer, and another member of the Hexaly R&D team (1 hour).
