Mirakl is seeking a Product Manager for Fulfillment to shape the end‑to‑end experience from order routing to last‑mile delivery. You will own the roadmap for the Order & Dropship pillar, work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and drive new features to market.

The role requires 6–9 years in product management, a strong track record in e‑commerce or marketplace environments, and a hands‑on approach to AI.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of product management experience with full roadmap ownership and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in order management, e‑commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end‑to‑end; prioritize ruthlessly and maintain a 12‑month horizon.
• Lead the Dropship replatforming for strategic US accounts, delivering shipping labels and SCAC codes as infrastructure for carrier tracking.
• Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap, automating workflows, improving shipment visibility, and securing competitive carrier rates.
