Mirakl is seeking a senior product manager for the Fulfillment product area in Paris/Bordeaux, focused on Order & Dropship, with a 12-month fixed-term scope. You will own end-to-end roadmaps, drive dropship replatforming for US accounts, and advance the delivery experience through automation and visibility enhancements.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to capture market signals and deliver new features, while contributing to the PM community with AI

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of product management experience.
• Experience in order management, ecommerce, or marketplaces.
• Fulfillment, logistics, or dropship experience is a strong plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end-to-end.
• Lead the Dropship replatforming for US accounts with key capabilities (Shipping Labels, SCAC Codes).
• Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap: automate workflows, improve shipment visibility, access to carrier rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing to align priorities and bring features to market.
• Actively contribute to Mirakl PM community by championing AI-powered methods and tools.
