Mirakl is seeking a Product Manager - Fulfillment (Freelance) to own the Order & Dropship roadmap and drive end-to-end delivery experience. The role is a fixed-term, 12-month freelance position based in Paris or Bordeaux, requiring 4 days per week in office.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape features for the marketplace platform and its Fulfillment capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in product management with full autonomy on roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in order management, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship is a strong plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end-to-end; prioritize ruthlessly and maintain a 6‑month roadmap with 12‑month horizon.
• Lead the Dropship replatforming of strategic US accounts delivering Shipping Labels and SCAC Codes as infrastructure for carrier tracking.
• Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap: automate workflows, improve shipment visibility, access to carrier rates, and warehouse-level delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to capture signals, align on priorities, and bring features to market.
