Frontline Offshore HSE Lead — Boots on Deck

Job summary

SBM Offshore seeks an Offshore Boots-on-Deck Supervisor to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across offshore operations. You will monitor HSE policies, lead front-line safety, and enforce PTW practices on offshore facilities.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in engineering or related field, have 5+ years in HSE management offshore, and be familiar with ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001/45001 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in offshore oil and gas industry.
• Experience with international HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/45001.
• Offshore Emergency Response training not required but considered a plus.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B1 level (CEFR).
• Medically fit according to SBM Offshore health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental culture on offshore facilities.
• Monitor and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs for offshore operations.
• Provide front-line verification of quality and adherence to PTW system for employees and contractors; conduct inspections.
• Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for offshore personnel, contractors, and visitors.
• Provide reports and trends related to HSE performance and update HSE databases.
