Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with HSSE knowledge.
• 8+ years of construction experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate constructability reviews and provide input to Engineering.
• Conduct advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Guide project/site team on construction techniques and best practices.
• Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and reduce non-productive time.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines to meet the schedule.
• Mentor the project construction team and drive continuous improvement.
