AMI is seeking a Talent Intelligence Partner to identify and engage exceptional AI talent worldwide. You will map labs, universities, startups, and research communities, building relationships well before candidates consider moves.

This is a hands-on startup role; you’ll manage operations, scheduling, offers, and closing while staying focused on sourcing and talent intelligence. You’ll collaborate with Talent and researchers to shape hiring strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent.
• Deep interest in AI research and emerging technologies.
• Experience recruiting AI/ML, Research Scientist or similar profiles.
• Comfort reading technical papers and following researchers.
• Startup mindset, scrappy and willing to work across recruiting ops.
• Strong candidate engagement and closing skills, even for passive talent.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with structure.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own or support full-cycle recruiting for priority searches, from sourcing to closing.
• Manage inbound candidates through screening and progression to interview stages.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies for AI researchers and engineers.
• Develop talent maps across labs, universities, startups, and conferences.
• Provide talent intelligence on competitors and movements of high-potential individuals.
• Design scalable sourcing processes to strengthen talent engagement.
• Support scheduling, operations, ATS management, and candidate coordination.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offers.
