Poste

As part of a team of 7 people (including 1 CPO, 2 Product Managers, 1 Designer, 3 developers), your role will be to deliver the best possible experience for the platform's users, such as content editors, marketers, and developers.

Your tasks will include:

1. Participating in the creation of webinar articles and YouTube videos to promote tech topics and create code examples and demos.
2. Creating tickets to improve the experience of developers using the platform in collaboration with the company's technical teams.
3. Writing documentation to provide developers with comprehensive information to carry out their work.
4. Spending approximately 40% of your time on feature development and platform improvements with in-house technical teams, working with TypeScript and React technologies.
5. Conducting user interviews to ensure the platform meets user expectations and providing feedback to technical teams.
