Job Description:

Position

As part of a team of 7 (including 1 CPO, 2 Product Managers, 1 Designer, 3 Developers), your role is to enhance the user experience for the platform's users, such as content editors, marketers, and developers.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in creating webinar articles and YouTube videos to promote tech topics, including code examples and demos.
2. Create tickets to improve the developer experience on the platform, collaborating with technical teams.
3. Write comprehensive documentation to assist developers in using the application effectively.
4. Devote approximately 40% of your time to feature development and platform improvements, working with TypeScript and React.
5. Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and ensure the platform meets user expectations.
