Job Description:
Your responsibilities
  • Manage reception and reservations for the new Motel One hotel in Paris Porte de Versailles (346 rooms).
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out, reservations, overbookings, and options management.
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage staff leave.
  • Control costs and manage the accommodation budget.
  • Implement and maintain the internal quality management system of Motel One.
  • Lead internal team training and coordinate cross-training for reception and reservations staff.
Your profile

You possess a charismatic personality with a strong sense of hospitality? We look forward to welcoming you! Essential conditions include:

  • Previous professional experience in a similar hotel management role, including team leadership.
  • Experience in a large-scale establishment, participation in hotel openings, or experience with conference markets is a plus.
  • Interest in team management; previous managerial experience is advantageous.
  • Commitment to quality service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
  • Open-mindedness, good communication skills, a professional appearance, and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Team spirit and willingness to assist other departments as needed.
