Job Description

Provide Front of House (FOH) assistance (e.g., concessionaires, ushers) for MULLEN CENTER performances and events.

Maintain knowledge of and positive relationships with the University and patrons.

Assist with patron complaints or inquiries.

Requirements
  • Must be an excellent communicator within an academic environment, with the ability to instruct, supervise, and clearly explain ticketing and front of house procedures to diverse audiences (e.g., creative personnel, students, staff, external clients).
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop and sustain productive relationships.
Additional Information
  • Physical Demands: Standing for periods of time, some light lifting.
  • Wage Rate: $10.00 - $13.00
