3. Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
4. Perform opening and closing procedures.
5. Assist customers and address issues to ensure excellent service.
6. Understand, train, and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
7. Train and mentor new associates.
8. Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of team supervision experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
