Front End Software Development Engineer - UI Foundations Team

What You'll Do:

Strategic Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Product to identify and prioritize high-ROI improvements.
  2. Provide technical guidance during design sprints and workshops.
  3. Develop integration strategies between CX Factory and core development teams.
  4. Create and track technical success metrics.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap.
  6. Champion innovative solutions while maintaining system stability.
  7. Identify emerging technologies with potential to reshape customer experience.

Technical Leadership
  1. Architect and implement front-end optimizations across our core solutions platform.
  2. Lead front-end development of Commerce XP POC website and CAIL innovation projects.
  3. Implement front-end optimizations for Transparent DSP improvements.
  4. Oversee implementation of successful Hackathon projects.
  5. Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.

Team Management
  1. Build a high-performing team that sets the CX excellence standard.
  2. Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Who You Are:
  1. Strong front-end expertise.
  2. Deep user experience sensibility, able to detect when UX improvements are needed.
  3. Ability to intervene in the code base from other teams to implement changes without introducing bugs.
  4. Develop strong and trustworthy relationships.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Decision-maker focused on speed of delivery.
