Odaseva, a Paris-based growth-stage company, is seeking a Junior Front-end Developer to join the Engineering team in Paris. You will work on a new UI experience project, delivering a modern frontend for global clients and growing towards full-stack responsibilities.

You will work with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, leveraging AI-assisted tools, and collaborate in an international environment with English and French proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a front-end Developer in a professional environment.
• Strong foundation in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind).
• Proactive problem-solver with high learning agility and openness to feedback.
• Familiarity with testing best practices (e.g., Jest) and writing clean, testable code.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French for an international team.

About The Role

As a Junior Front-end Developer, you will join our Engineering team in Paris to be a key contributor to our new UI experience project.

Working within a talented, international team, you will help deliver a modern user experience for our global clients.

This role is designed for growth:You will work with modern frontend technologies, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and eventually have the opportunity to expand into full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

• New Navigation Project: Gain a deep understanding of the architecture for the new navigation project and deliver value by implementing feature tickets.

• Front end Dashboard: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical frontend dashboard.

• Innovation & Excellence: Propose new ideas for technical improvements, participate in internal hackathons, and stay current with emerging trends.

• Development & QA: Utilize AI tools (such as Copilot or Claude) to speed up development and participate in QA reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Full-Stack Growth: Progress toward full-stack development capabilities, eventually owning features across both Salesforce and frontend applications.

• International Collaboration: Work effectively within an English-speaking team environment, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience and Background

• Education and experience: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a front-end Developer in a professional environment.

• Technical Interest: Strong foundational knowledge and interest in React web, TypeScript, and modern CSS (e.g., Tailwind CSS).

• Multiplier Qualities: High learning agility; we are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on feedback.

• Quality Mindset: Familiarity with a strong willingness to learn testing best practices (e.g., Jest) and a commitment to writing clean, testable code.

• Communication: Full professional proficiency in English and French to work in our international environment.
