Vous serez en charge des arrivées et départs, de la gestion des appels et de la promotion des services. Qualifications

• Bilingue en anglais et en mandarin ou français est un atout.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les arrivées et départs (check-in et check-out).
• Gestion du standard téléphonique.
• Promotion des ventes (séjours, repas, B&B).
