Pareto.AI is a human data collection platform connecting leading AI researchers with trusted industry experts to collaborate on AI alignment, safety, and training projects. By working together, we can better align AI models with human values and develop more helpful, honest, and harmless AI models.

We are currently seeking French speakers to contribute high-quality voice recordings for a multilingual conversational AI training project. This work helps improve the way AI models understand natural speech patterns, accents, and vocal diversity.

Requirements :

• Complete fluency in French
• Professional proficiency in English
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps up / down)
• Access to audio recording software (e.g., Cakewalk, GarageBand, Logic, or similar DAW)

This fully remote freelance project offers flexible hours and compensation of $35–$80 USD per approved hour, with an expected commitment of 3–5 hours of delivered audio per week.
