As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you’ll review and assess user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform policies. Your role will be essential in maintaining a respectful and secure online environment by enforcing guidelines, addressing user concerns, and staying informed about emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and review videos, images, comments, and links, removing content that violates community guidelines
  2. Enforce platform policies consistently across all content types
  3. Handle user appeals, providing clear and professional explanations for moderation decisions
  4. Collaborate with your team to ensure compliance with regulations and platform standards
  5. Identify trends and potential risks by analyzing user behavior to support proactive moderation
  6. Suggest improvements to enhance moderation tools and processes

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in French (C1 level)
  2. Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  3. EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  4. At least one year of experience in customer support
  5. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
