Description du poste

The Opportunity:

As a Regional Sales Manager with Fisher Investments Luxembourg, you will call high-net-worth leads provided by us, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments. Your goal is to gather new clients and assets for our firm through direct, consultative selling. This role is highly entrepreneurial, involving extensive calling (no cold-calling) and supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams that handle client transition and retention.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Work from home as an independent contractor (tied agent), focusing solely on client acquisition (no administrative or after-sale activities)
  • Sell to high-net-worth individuals
  • Target bringing on new private clients with liquid assets over 350,000 Euros
  • Receive support from our teams and benefit from a steady flow of leads generated by Fisher and marketing efforts
  • Develop an understanding of Fisher Investments' market philosophy through training sessions on Capital Markets and sales techniques
  • Report directly to the Managing Director

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven success in individual sales with stock market investors
  • 5+ years of experience selling to high-net-worth individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to close new investor business
