Qualifications

Job Title: Head of People (Freelance – Full Remote, Europe-Based)

We are on a mission to transform lives through personalized coaching and are looking for a Head of People to help us scale our team!

Role Overview:

As Head of People, you will lead the HR vision for a fast-growing, fully remote team of freelancers passionate about sports and health. Your focus will be on building efficient processes, enhancing collaboration, and supporting a vibrant, international team dynamic.

Responsibilities:

1. Support managers in making thoughtful hiring decisions.
2. Leverage skill mapping to facilitate onboarding and collaboration.
3. Contribute to the evolution of HR processes, including the potential implementation of a new HRIS system.

Qualifications:

• Native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in an international context.
• Experience with remote work and freelance environments.

Additional Information:

This is a freelance role open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. EU work permit is required.
