CXG is seeking engaged evaluators to join our luxury-brand customer experience platform. You will visit premium stores or evaluate online, providing honest feedback on ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.

Must be 18+, a current customer of premium brands, impartial and reliable. No prior experience is required; you’ll work on flexible assignments, with compensation for your time delivered through our streamlined mobile platform CXG Live.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
