CXG is seeking individuals to evaluate experiences at luxury brands and provide constructive feedback. You will visit stores or evaluate online, assess ambiance and service, and report insights through our platform to help brands improve.

No prior experience is required; enthusiasm for luxury customer experience is valued. Flexible assignments and potential reimbursements on purchases are offered, with CXG Live for mission management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsabilités
