• Draft Guidelines, Policies, and Templates
• Review Marketing Material and Campaigns
• Communicate with Regulatory Authorities
• Coordinate disputes and claims, including managing external counsels
• Support the Compliance Program
• Advise finance, tax, sales, and HR departments
• Liaise with the HQ Legal Team
• Assist in developing the Legal & Compliance Department

Job Requirements:

• French Law qualification
