Une entreprise technologique internationale recherche un Conseiller Juridique Francophone basé à Paris. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience, une qualification en droit français et être capable de fournir des conseils juridiques variés tout en supportant différents départements tels que la finance et les RH.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'avocat d'entreprise ou travers avocat de cabinet conseiller des clients commerciaux.
• Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais.
• Capacité à gérer des délais serrés.

Responsabilités

• Conseil juridique et recherche sur les lois et règlements.
• Rédaction et révision de contrats nationaux et internationaux.
• Communication avec le département juridique HQ.

Job Description:

• Legal advice and research on laws and regulations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of national and international contracts.
• Drafting guidelines, policies, and templates.
• Review of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Communication with regulatory authorities.
• Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels.
• Supporting the promotion of the compliance program.
• Providing support and advice to finance, tax, sales, and HR departments.
• Liaising with the HQ legal team.
• Assisting in the development of the Legal & Compliance Department.

Job Requirements:

• French law qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or law firm lawyer advising business clients.
• Full proficiency in French and English.
• Strong commercial sense and pragmatism.
• Ability to prioritize and handle tight deadlines.
