This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and interested in the rapidly evolving field of mobile banking.

As a French-speaking customer care representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to our mobile banking services. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, providing information about our mobile banking features, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about mobile banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and enhancements to mobile banking services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece.
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Interest in mobile banking and fintech is advantageous.
