Job Title: Customer Support Agent (French Speaking) in Greece or Portugal

Job Description:

Are you tired of rain and RER delays? Come answer calls with a view! We are hiring French-speaking customer care agents in Greece and Portugal.

Your job? Help people (in French), enjoy espresso breaks, and maybe dip your toes in the sea after work.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
• Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Handle customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines

Your Qualifications

• Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1)
• Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and stress-resistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
